ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY:

Offering three semesters each year with intakes in January,
May and September, Bond has a strong focus on real-life,
practical case studies. In every discipline, technical

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The School of Business has vacancies for visiting academics
interested in teaching in the areas of Behavioural Finance,
International Finance and Market Microstructure at the
postgraduate level. The vacancies commence in our September
2008 and January 2009 semesters. The vacancy for the
Behavioural Finance and International Finance courses occur
in our September 2008 Semester. The generous support of
Macquarie Bank has resulted in the School of Business
establishing a State of the Art Treasury Dealing Room. The
Behavioural Finance and Market Microstructure courses would
be taught in the Treasury Dealing Room to a small class.

Applicants interested in teaching market operations in the
Macquarie Bank Trading are also encouraged to apply.
Expressions of interest from potential visitors in other
areas of finance will also be considered.

Application:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should have a PhD in Finance and an active
record of research and publications. Teaching experience
and evidence of excellent classroom performance are
essential as is an ability to teach at the postgraduate
level.


REMUNERATION:

Salary will be negotiated and commensurate with skills and
experience.
