How to Prepare and Submit a Manuscript

When you prepare a manuscript, please download the paper template to include all contents into the template before you go ahead for submission. You can either submit your manuscript by following the on-line instructions, or you can submit the manuscript to our editors by email as well. When you choose to send by email, please send the well-written manuscript (you are still strongly encouraged to fit your articles into the template, although it's not required) to editorialoffice@ijnss.ianss.org, please indicate your field of study and the type of paper you are submitting (in the category of communications, research reports, perspectives, or mini-reviews).  It is highly recommended that all authors suggest 3-4 referees and provide their detailed contact information.

Please note that only a nominal printing charge of $25 Canadian dollars (or $30 US dollars) per page (up to 1000 words per page, following the template) will be applied, upon the manuscript is accepted. Members of the IANSS enjoy a discounted rate at $20 Canadian dollars (or $25 US dollars) per page. The payment can be made in Canadian dollars or any other currency of choice of the submitter, such as US dollars, European dollars, RMB, and Singapore dollars. For the method of payment, please follow the instruction of our editorial staffs, upon the manuscript is accepted for publication.
